arrival at gusto from 8pm,get yourselves a drink or two and then tables will be sat when everyone for that table has arrived, when sat an order will be taken for wine - half a bottle of wine per person is included, the wine waiter will take an order for how many of each of Red or White or Rose - if there are 10 people on a table then you can have 5 bottles of wine etc etc(any juniors/pregnant ladies/non drinkers can have as many cokes/soft drinks as they like instead of wine), as previously mentioned wine roullette will take place, we have some "bin ends" which is basically stock we have that is no longer on our menu so we are giving it out to you, it will be a totally random selection with no preference given, the most expensive bottle of "bin end wine" we have is £90!
your food order will then be taken and given to the kitchen and served accordingly, please note it will not be everyone served at the same time like previous years, we will sit 2 or 3 tables every 5-10 minutes so rather than wait ages to have your plates cleared then ages more for the next course it will be proper restaurant service.
after dinner, presentations and speeches to be made then its a disco and late licsence till 2am
Drinks promotions will be on, pitchers of drinks, cheap cocktails etc, jug of cheeky vimto anyone?
